International Academy of Ayurveda was established in 1996 under the dynamic leadership of Late Prof. Subhash Ranade and Dr. Sunanda Ranade. For over three decades, the International Academy of Ayurveda (IAA) has been a trusted global leader in authentic Ayurvedic education, training, and clinical practice.
The main aim of the IAA is propagation of Ayurveda in India and Abroad, providing Ayurved education to Indian as well as foreign students, publication of books on Ayurved, organizing National/International Seminars/conferences on various topics related to Ayurveda and Yoga and manufacture of genuine Ayurveda medicines.
IAA has its base in Pune, India (the heartland of Ayurved) and lifetime faculty members are from different states of India as well as across the world. IAA offers high-quality, accessible programs to students, health professionals, and institutions across the world.

The course was excellent and very professional. The quality of the teachers was very good. I ap-preciated having classes with different teachers, which enriched my experience significantly, and I was able to study Ayurvedic herbs in depth.

I came to Pune with little background in Ayurveda. From day one, I felt welcomed. One-on-one, apprenticeship-style training made it personal and practical. I also extended for the advanced course. Highlights included observing infant abhyangam. A note for international students: knowing about travel between practices and document requirements in advance would help. I'm already planning to return.
